
Justin has pioneered a new department for Nike, rebuilt one for R/GA and led one for Riot Games. He has been guiding creative teams globally across timezones in Los Angeles, Shanghai, Tokyo, Sydney, Singapore, New York and Buenos Aires: one of the many reason he can come to speak 8 languages.
Having spent the majority of his career working on Nike, Justin now serves as the Global Group Creative Director for VALORANT at Riot Games in Los Angeles. He leads a team of talented Creative Directors, shaping work that builds entertainment IP and deepens fandom.
